This broad and complex area of practice encompasses issues that revolve on the rights and obligations of both the employer and the employee.  Hoffman Silver Gilman and Blasco has represented both employers and employees in this area on topics as diverse as employer/employee relations, discrimination and equal opportunity employment, wages and hours worked, and safety standards.  We have drafted and revised employee manuals for companies and many municipal governments and other public entities.

We have many years of experience in successfully representing clients in both court and administrative proceedings—including federal courts—arising from employment law issues.  We also assist our clients in an ongoing advisory capacity, ensuring that their employment practices and policies are in keeping with all current statutes and guidelines and helping them resolve potential issues without litigation.
