In our capacity as Municipal Attorney for several cities and boroughs, we advise our municipal clients in all manner of legal problems involving contracts, employment, construction, resolutions and ordinances, medical centers and clinics, and federal and state regulatory matters. We also defend the municipalities for whom we are Municipal Attorney as well as defend many other municipalities in all areas in litigation and trial practice.
